Lady Antebellum menang besar! Total 5 Grammy Awards disabetnya malam itu dari total 6 nominasi yang didapatnya. Sementara itu, Eminem harus cukup lega dengan membawa 2 Grammy Awards dari 10 nominasi yang diraihnya. Sedangkan, Lady Gaga dan John Legend & The Roots masing-masing membawa pulang 3 Grammy Awards. Dan kejutan di Grammy tahun ini jatuh kepada menangnya Album of The Year yang disabet Arcade Fire "The Suburbs" dan juga Best New Artist yaitu Esperanza Spalding!
