Esmée Denters pasti udah enggak asing lagi. Sejak akhir 2008 namanya memang sudah lumayan kondang sejak bakatnya ditemukan oleh Justin Timberlake yang akhirnya menggabungkan diri ke recording label JT, Tennman. Sudah punya satu album (Outta Here, 22 Mei 2009) dan sekarang saatnya menggembar-gemborkan single perdananya yang berjudul sama, Outta Here, yang sudah dirilis lebih dulu, tepatnya 4 April 2009.
Untuk dua nama yang paling berpengaruh dalam single ini adalah Justin Timberlake dan Polow Da Don. Untuk cita rasa R&B-nya emang didapat dari JT, sedangkan intronya sangat berciri khas Polow Da Don, yaitu teriakan 'one two three four'. Tapi sebenarnya bukan itu aja yang menjadi daya tarik lagu ini. Musiknya yang merupakan paduan electro synth dengan gitar dan synth lainnya. Sepertinya Synthesized instruments sangat berjasa belakangan untuk meramu lagu2 jaman sekarang ya. Kemudian liriknya yang juga mengusung isu emansipasi wanita juga merupakan satu daya tarik tersendiri untuk single ciptaan Jamal Jones, Jason Perry, Esther Dean, dan Justin Timberlake ini.
Kalau mau mendengarkan vokal Denters yang lebih jernih, sudah tersedia pula single Outta Here dalam versi akustik. Meskipun semua tempo yang ada di versi original enggak beda dengan akustik, tapi perbedaan besar adalah kita bisa lebih enjoy Denters sebagai seorang penyanyi di versi akustik ini. Well, singers sing! Makanya, minimnya programming yang dilakukan untuk vokal, membuat makna liriknya lebih tersampaikan.
