Perkenalkan The Ready Set sebuah one man band yang dipimpin oleh Jordan Witzigreuter seorang pemuda 20 tahun yang berasal dari Amerika. Dia memainkan music elektronik, pop dan alternative. Debut albumnya yang berujudul “I’m Alive,I’m Dreaming” rilis tanggal 16 Juni ini.Dan first singlenya ini diproduseri langsung oleh J.R. Rotem.
Bunyi piano dan sound yang dreamy membuka lagu ini lalu Jordan bernyanyi dengan vokal yang smooth dan terkadang semi-rapping. Tehnik Auto-Tune banyak dipakai di lagu ini. Sound reggae menjadi pembalut lagu ini. Bagian reffnya menarik dengan beat yang unik dan chant “Wo o o o” membuat lagu ini semakin bagus. Tema lagunya cukup menarik dengan lagunya yang cocok dengan telinga anak muda sekarang. Ada sedikit sound Owl City disini. Track ini juga diproduseri oleh J.R Rotem (Sean Kingston,Jason Derulo,Iyaz) dan kerasa sekali nuansa Rotemnya. Ear catchy,cukup potensial untuk diputar beberapa kali dan seru untuk dicoba.
Track electro pop ini cukup menarik untuk dicoba dan saya yakin bahwa dia adalah the next sensation. A cool and sunny tunes.
