"In and Out of Consciousness: The Greatest Hits 1990 - 2010" merupakan album Greatest Hits kedua dari Robbie Williams, menyusul Greatest Hits pertamanya yang sudah direlease thn 2004 lalu. Album yang berisikan 39 lagu yang terbagi dalam 2 cd ini bakal direlease oleh EMI (Warner) tgl 8 Okt. Cover album ini adalah hasil jepretan fotografer Julian Broad yang dulu juga sempat membikin cover album "Reality Killed the Video Star". Terdapat 2 single baru yaitu, 'Shame' yang merupakan single pertamanya, sekaligus kolaborasi nya dengan Gary Barlow (Take That), dan juga lagu 'Heart and I' yang juga ditulis olehnya dengan Gary Barlow, dimana ini juga menandakan kerjasama pertama kali mereka semenjak Robbie Williams keluar dari Take That thn 1995 lalu.

Berikut penuturan Robbie Williams mengenai kerjasamanya lagi dengan Gary Barlow. "It’s incredible to listen to the album and realise that it’s already been 20 years of making music and playing gigs. And the great thing about the album is that it’s not only a celebration of my past but also a bridge to the future. The fact that part of the future includes a name from my past makes it all the more poignant for me".

Album ini nantinya bakal direlease (untuk di Indonesia) oleh Warner Music, dengan standard 2 CD, sementara itu di Inggris sendiri, bakal direlease Ultimate Edition yang berisikan 3cd, 2 dvd dan bonus dvd konser Robbie Williams di Velodrom, Berlin thn 2005 lalu. So, don't miss this CD!
