Ricky Martin bersama Joss Stone menyanyikan duet yang seksi dalam irama latin pastinya. 'The Best Thing About Me Is You' judulnya. Ini adalah kerjasama yang kayaknya tak akan berujung dari Ricky dan Desmond Child, sejak gebrakan 'The Cup Of Life' tahun 1998 silam. Selain Desmond, lagu ini juga melibatkan penulis lagu pop Andrea Carlsson, Eric Bazillian, dan Claudia Brant.
Semua yang bilang Latin sound is sexy dipertegas dengan keberadaan single ini. Alunan musiknya yang smooth. Yang membuatnya jadi lebih ear candy adalah campuran irama reggae. Sedap mantab! Dari intro "da da did did..did da da da" udah kerasa sedapnya alunan lagu ini. Perpaduan vokal mereka berdua juga apik. Siapa yang sangka keduanya yang berasal dari elemen musik yang agak beda dipersatukan dalam irama latin pop reggae ini.
Rencana album terbaru Ricky Martin release tgl 1 Feb 2011, dirilis dalam dua versi, Inggris dan juga Spanyol. Judulnya "Music+Soul+Sex" dan "Música+Alma+Sexo". Akan menjadi salah satu most anticipated album, mengingat Ricky tidak merilis album dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun, hanya berupa album unplugged dan kompilasi. Berhubung rencananya bilingual, maka dari itu lagu 'The Best Thing About Me Is You' ini pun direkam juga dalam bahasa Spanyol. Tapi teman duetnya lain. Dialah Natalia Jiménez, penyanyi asal Spanyol yang gabung bareng La Quinta Estacion. Album solonya direncanakan akan rilis tahun depan.
Kolaborasi dengan Ricky Martin membuat nama Joss Stone muncul kembali di chart musik Amerika. Lagu ini peak di posisi 74 Hot 100 Singles, penampilan kedua Joss di chart tersebut, setelah sebelumnya sempat nongol untuk single 'Tell Me Bout It' di tahun 2007.
