"Take Care" tidak hanya nama album dari rapper asal Canada, Drake, tetapi salah satu lagu yang terdapat di album tersebut. Memang "Take Care" tidak resmi menjadi single album ini, tetapi lagu ini telah banyak mendapat response yang sangat baik dari seluruh dunia.
Pada lagu ini Drake sekali lagi berkolaborasi dengan penyanyi asal Barbados Rihanna yang juga sempat dekat dengannya setelah lagu "What's My Name?" yang terdapat di album kelima RiRi "Loud"
Lagu ini adalah sebuah cover dari remix Jamie xx untuk lagu "I'll Take Care of You" yang dinyanyikan oleh Gil Scott-Heron.
Selain Noah "40" Shebib yang terkenal sebagai salah satu sahabat dan producer Drake, Jamie xx juga membantu menjadi producer pada lagu ini.
"Take Care" beraliran rap, pop, ethnic dan RnB. Lagu in mempunyai tempo dan rhythm yang sangat kuat.
Beberapa kritikus musik mengatakan bahwa lagu "Take Care" ini adalah lagu paling unik dan indah yang berada di album Take Care. Rihanna mewarnai dan mengangkat semangat Drake yang biasanya mempunyai kesan mysterius dan dramatis pada lagu-lagunya.
Music Video "Take Care" dirilis pada tanggal 6 April 2012, setelah lama ditunda oleh Yoann Lemoine selaku sutradara video tersebut. Video-nya melambangkan naik turunnya suatu hubungan.
