The X Factor mungkin ingin menjadi spesialisasi tumbuh dan berkembangnya grup vokal di seluruh dunia. Setelah berhasil mencetak JLS, One Direction, Little Mix, dan juga The Collective, mereka kini siap untuk meluncurkan roket sukses bagi Emblem3, trio anak muda asal Sequim, Washington, Amerika Serikat yang beraudisi untuk The X Factor US memang sudah dalam format grup. Pasca kompetisi, mereka digandeng oleh label Columbia Records untuk merintis karir sebagai artis rekaman. Single pertama mereka adalah 'Chloe (You're The One I Want)'.
Mengetahui apa yang dimaui adalah inti dari 'Chloe'. Alkisah, IT girl yang sebenarnya adalah saudarinya objek lagu. Namun yang menjadi incaran dari subjek lagu ini bukanlah IT girl, melainkan objek yang dianggap sebagai "diamond". Secara tersurat bagian chorus menggambarkan preferensi mengalahkan superlatif. "Chloe, I know your sister turns everyone on, but oh baby, I have no doubt you're the one that I want".
Tipikal musik untuk musim panas: up tempo dengan beat yang menyiksa. Siksaan yang dimaksud bukanlah sesuatu yang negatif, karena sebenarnya semakin adiktif beat yang terkandung dalam sebuah lagu, semakin besar peluang bagi single tersebut untuk melaju ke top airplay. Emblem3 didukung oleh Savan Kotecha dalam single yang satu ini. Yang kurang menyenangkan adalah fakta lagu ini keluar seperti salah satu "barang" One Direction. Ciri poprock dengan lirik yang teen themed. So 1D. The yelling, the clapping. Tapi yang membuat ia berbeda adalah mereka punya rasa rap. Itu dimaksimalkan dalam bagian pre-chorus, dengan sedikit membumbui musik dalam olahan reggae. Hasilnya tentu menjadikan bagian tersebut yang paling berkesan dalam durasi lagu 3 menit 42 detik ini.
