Coldplay yang kemarin tampil di iTunes Festival di SXSW, Austin membawakan 4 lagu baru dari album barunya "Ghost Stories" yang akan dirilis 19 Mei 2014. 4 lagu tersebut adalah Always In My Head, Another's Arms, Midnight dan juga single pertama dari album barunya yaitu "Magic". Disela-sela konser, frontman Coldplay, Chris Martin pun mengungkapkan, "We've been away a long time and I can't think of a better way to come back into the world than in the intimate surroundings of Austin and just a couple of hundred people, and the millions watching at home." Wah jadi gak sabar nih ama album barunya Coldplay!
Kolaborasi seru dari Alicia Keys, Kendrick Lamar dan Pharrell mengisi soundtrack film Spider-Man 2 akan dirilis 22 April. Sebuah lagu yang berjudul "It's On Again" ini diproduseri oleh Pharrell Williams dan Hans Zimmer, dan akan dibawakan oleh Alicia Keys. Alicia pun bercerita sedikit tentang arti dari lagu ini, "This is the next chapter in the Spider-Man legacy and we really feel 'It's On Again' captures the experience, the story — and most importantly — the meaning behind the film, which is that we all have the potential to be extraordinary. There's a little bit of a super hero in all of us."

Ternyata tgl 7 Maret lalu, Skrillex merilis sebuah aplikasi baru di App Store yang bernama "Alien Ride", nah setelah mengunduh aplikasi tersebut, maka kamu akan mendapat 1 folder rahasia berisikan 11 obyek tersembunyi alias 11 lagu baru yang bisa di streaming di iTunes mulai tanggal 10 Maret. Nah, untuk albumnya sendiri baru akan dirilis secara resmi tgl 18 Maret 2014. Lalu, siapa aja yang diajak kolaborasi Skrillex? Setelah The X Factor USA sudah berhenti dan tidak akan melanjutkan di season ke-4nya, The X Factor UK masih akan lanjut di season ke-11 nya ini, dengan format hampir seperti asalnya. Setelah kedatangan kembali juri sekaligus penggagas acara, Simon Cowell kini dipastikan Cheryl Cole juga akan kembali ke panel juri. Cheryl Cole yang sempat berseteru dengan Simon Cowell gara-gara mendepaknya di kursi The X Factor US season 1 ini akhirnya mengakui bahwa Simon akhirnya memohon dia kembali, "His begging went on for a few years, it was uncomfortable". Walt Disney goes EDM! Yes, demam EDM akhirnya mewabah ke Disney, tgl 22 April, Disney akan merilis album "Dconstructed", sebuah album kompilasi yang diambil dari soundtrack film-film mereka seperti "The Lion King", "The Incredibles", hingga yang terbaru "Frozen", tapi gak hanya disitu saja, tetapi versi remix EDM dari DJ-DJ top dunia seperti Avicii, Mat Zo, BT, U.N.K.L.E., The Japanese Popstars, Au5, Negin, Shinichi Osawa, ShyKidx dan masih banyak lagi. "I feel incredibly honored to have remixed an Oscar-winning song -- though I didn't know that yet when I started," aku Van Buuren yang me-remix lagu "Let It Go" dari Frozen. Sementara itu Avicii juga berkomentar, "My first remix of Daft Punk's 'TRON: Legacy' was so long ago, but it was a significant moment of recognition in my career. It's great to be a part of it again, to refresh the track, and to let everyone hear Negin's voice." So, sepertinya album ini jadi wajib untuk dikoleksi.
