Tapi tak berhenti sampai disana saja, karena para produser itu seperti bertindak out of the box untuk album Bieber yang satu ini. Contoh pertama adalah Skrillex yang dengan tekun memintai keunikan dalam 'Sorry', sampai-sampai ia juga memainkan gitar khusus untuk Bieber dalam pengakustikan lagu tersebut. Contoh selanjutnya adalah Benny Blanco, yang diseret ke ranah akustik untuk 'Love Yourself'. Ini merupakan playing field-nya Ed Sheeran, co-writer lagu bersama Bieber dan Benny.
Out of the box sih out of the box ya. Tapi bukan berarti main-main sehingga poin tinggi di urusan eksperimental dan poin jeblok di hasil. Single ini, dalam kesan kesederhanaan di musiknya, justru kaya akan feel. Liriknya dalam, yang kalau kata Bieber sendiri bisa ngena ke siapa aja. Di samping itu, kompleksitas terjalin saat terompet mulai unjuk gigi di bagian bridge. Jadi jangan terkecoh dengan keluguan alunan musik yang kita dengar, karena sejatinya yang terjadi lebih dari sekedar itu.
