Selamat Taylor Swift atas kemenangannya di pentas Grammy Awards 2016 yang berlangsung Senin, 15 Februari, waktu Amerika, yang lalu. Swift sendiri memboyong tiga buah Grammy, yaitu untuk kategori Album of the Year (1989), Best Pop Vocal Album (1989) dan Best Music Video (Bad Blood).
Ada prestasi lain yang didapatkan Swift, karena ia sudah mencatatkan sejarah dengan menjadi satu-satunya musisi perempuan yang dua kali memenangkan Grammy untuk kategori Album of the Year.
Di atas panggung, saat menerima pialanya, Swift memberikan pidato yang cukup inspiratif:
"I wanna thank the fans for the last 10 years and the recording academy for this incredible honour and my collaborators you see on this stage."As the first woman to win Album Of The Year at the Grammys twice, I want to say to all the young women out there there are going to be people along the way who are going to try and undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or you fame."
Untuk kalimat terakhir, banyak orang beranggapan jika Swift memberikan sindiran halus atas statement yang dilancarkan Kanye West baru-baru ini dalam salah satu lagu di album terbarunya, berjudul 'Famous', yang menyebutkan jika ialah yang menyebabkan Swift terkenal.

"But if you just focus on the work and you don't let those people sidetrack you, someday when you get where you're going you'll look around and you will know that it was you and the people who love you that put you there.
