Cardi B & Drake Dominasi Nominasi iHeartRadio Music Awards 2019

Cardi B dan Drake tampaknya siap untuk memonopoli piala iHeartRadio Music Awards 2019, setelah mendapat multi-nominasi di pengumuman yang berlangsung di hari Rabu, 9 Januari kemarin.

Sang hitmaker ‘Bodak Yellow’ mendapatkan 13 nominasi, terbanyak untuk tahun ini, termasuk untuk kategori Female Artist of the Year, Hip-Hop Artist of the Year, dan Song of the Year untuk ‘Girls Like You’ yang merupakan kolaborasinya bersama Maroon 5.

Ada 3 track kolaboratif Cardi yang mendapat nominasi Best Collaboration, yaitu ‘Girls Like You’, ‘Finesse (Remix)’ bersama Bruno Mars dan ‘I Like It’ bersama Bad Bunny dan J Balvin. Ketiga lagu ini juga siap bersaing mendapatkan gelar Best Music Video.

Sementara itu Drake mendapat 8 nominasi, termasuk Male Artist of the Year, Hip-Hop Artist of the Year, dan Song of the Year berkat smash hit ‘God’s Plan’, yang juga mendapat nominasi di kategori Hip-Hop Song of the Year, selain dua lagu lain milik sang rapper asal Kanada, ‘Nice For What’ dan ‘In My Feelings’.

iHeartRadio Music Awards 2019 akan berlangsung tanggal 14 Maret di Microsoft Theater yang terletak di kota Los Angeles.
