Nielsen Music telah merilis daftar untuk lagu-lagu yang paling laris dan paling banyak distreaming di pertengahan 2019 ini. Ariana Grande, Lady Gaga dan Bradley Cooper, Queen dan Lil Nas X sukses memimpin 6 daftar yang dilepas oleh Nielsen ini.

'Thank U, Next' milik Ari memimpin Top 10 Albums (Based on Overall Equivalent Album Units) dengan 1,552,800 units. Sedang untuk daftar Top Selling Albums, soundtrack "A Star Is Born" milik Lady Gaga dan Bradley Cooper adalah juaranya dengan 404.000 unit.

Sementara itu, hit viral milik Lil Nas X, 'Old Town Road', menghuni posisi teratas tidak hanya di satu daftar, namun 3 daftar sekaligus, yaitu Top 10 Selling Digital Songs, Top 10 On-Demand Song Streams (audio dan video) dan Top 10 On-Demand Audio Streams.
