Mayer terdengar lebih pop? Ada penjelasan untuk itu. Sedari awal, pop, rock, alternative, blues, semua sudah dicoba olehnya, hanya saja kali ini porsi untuk pop tersebut diperbanyak supaya gaya bermusik yang dia perdengarkan ke kita tidak statis tapi dinamis. Hebat kan?! Itu pembuktian bahwa he ain't playing safe.
What I love about this song adalah petikan gitar yang muncul di menit ke 2 detik ke 26-nya (album version). Rasa-rasanya itu yang paling ditunggu sedari awal lagu. Kalau merasa lagu ini mirip ama lagu Mayer yang sebelum-sebelumnya, pokoknya saya sangat merokendasikan single ini untuk didengar labih gencar. Standarisasi Mayer mendapatkan pergerakan di lagu ini. Pesan moral lagu ini adalah tidak usah ragu, straight to the point and reach your goal, which is love. Kenapa? Karena ini Heartbreak Warfare!
