Pada lagu ini, Simple Plan mengajak serta Rivers Cuomo dari band Weezer sebagai guest vocalist. Sudah hampir 3 tahun sejak terakhir kali Simple Plan merelase sebuah single dan sudah hampir 4 tahun sejak Simple Plan terakhir kali merealese sebuah album membuat single ini mendapat sambutan yang sangat luar biasa dari para SPcrew (sebutan untuk fans Simple Plan).
Melihat lebih jauh ke dalam single berdurasi 3:21 ini, Can't Keep My Hands Off You ditulis sendiri oleh Simple Plan dengan bantuan dari Rivers Cuomo dan diproduseri oleh Brian Howes. Dari segi musik, lagu ini masih berada didalam ranah Pop Punk yang memang sudah menjadi genre Simple Plan sejak mereka pertama kali muncul ke dalam industri musik. Intro dibuka dengan raungan distorsi gitar dan segera disambut oleh dentuman drum yang menhentak. Bunyi-bunyian tepuk tangan dan teriakan Ooo-oooo pada bagian verse sukses mencuri perhatian dan vocal yang khas dari Piere berpadu dengan sangat apik. Salah satu kelebihan dari setiap single-single Simple Plan adalah chorusnya yang mudah diingat sehingga membuat kita secara sadar ataupun tidak ikut bernyanyi setiap kali mendengarkannya dan hal tersebut masih bisa kita temui dalam single Can't Keep My Hands Off You ini. Verse ke-2 dinyanyikan oleh Rivers Cuomo dan Ia berhasil masuk kedalam musik dari Simple Plan tanpa terkesan dipaksakan.
Video clip dari lagu ini juga sudah direlease 20 April lalu, 1 hari setelah singlenya direlease secara resmi. Konsep dari video clip ini cukup sederhana dengan menampilkan Simple Plan ngeband dipelataran parkir sebuah sekolah yang sedang mengadakan Prom dan mendengar Simple Plan perform di depan sekolah mereka para murid tersebut berlarian keluar. Satu hal yang disayangkan adalah tidak tampilnya Rivers Cuomo dalam video clip ini. Simple Plan juga sudah bersiap untuk melakukan tour dan pada saat ini mereka sudah dijadwalkan untuk tampil dalam beberapa festival di daratan eropa.Jadi sambil menunggu albumnya release dan berharap Simple Plan akan kembali ke Indonesia untuk yang ke-3xnya, mari kita sama-sama menikmati lagu Can't Keep My Hands Off You ini !!
