Ne-Yo akan berkolaborasi dengan Lady GaGa? It would be sooo cool, karena baru-baru ini ne-yo mengutarakan keinginanya untuk bisa berduet dengan pelantun Bad Romance tersebut.
"I've reached out to GaGa and our people are talking,", "It would be amazing if we could do a country and western record, something totally unexpected. I love what she and Beyoncé did on 'Telephone' and 'Video Phone' as they were both very distinct styles,” ungkap Ne-Yo kepada digitalspy. "I give credit to Lady GaGa for breathing new life into the creative element of video-making. Before her, videos were getting really bland and then Lady GaGa came out with all this new creativity and new energy."
Namun sepertinya kolaborasi kedua bintang ini tidak akan muncul di album terbaru Ne-Yo, Libra Scale karena tracklisting dari album tersebut telah diumukan secara resmi dan tak ada nama Lady GaGa di dalamnya. Kita tunggu aja ya berita selanjutnya..
Bukan hanya Ne-Yo yang baru-baru ini memuji atas kehebatan karya-karya Lady GaGa, Elton John pun mengungkapkan kekagumannya di salah satu wawancaranya dengan Entertainment Weekly:
“She and I come from exactly the same place. She's kind of like the bastard daughter of Elton John. I love her, and I love her ability to write. There’s a chance I might do one track with her, but she’s so busy and I’m so busy, we can never get together! But her record – it’s fucking amazing. ‘Born This Way’, which is the title song, will completely get rid of Gloria Gaynor’s 'I Will Survive.' This is the new 'I Will Survive.' Lady Gaga bisa jadi cuman ada di #7 on Forbes The World's 100 Powerful Women, dan #2 on Entertainment Weekly's Power List, tetapi mendapat pujian dari legenda musik seperti Elton John seperti itu dan disebut-sebut sebagai ‘the new Gloria Gaynor’ is super coooool, rite? :)
Cheryl Cole akhirnya mengumumkan official tracklisting dari album terbarunya, Messy Little Raindrops. Album yang memuat lead single “Promise This” ini akan dirilis tanggal 1 November nanti dan berisi 11 lagu. Sebelumnya, hitmaker Fight for This Love ini dikabarkan menggarap LP ini selama dia berada di Los Angeles setelah menderita penyakit Malaria.

Yang juga akan merilis album pada November mendatang, Lee DeWyze, telah mengumumkan judul first single dari debut albumnya, yaitu Live It Up. Single ini sendiri akan pertama kali diputar lewat radio show yang dipandu oleh Ryan Seacrest pada tanggal 13 Oktober mendatang. "Putting out an album on a major label is truly a dream come true," ungkap Lee,” I'm excited for all the people who supported me throughout Idol to hear what I can do with my own songs. The album shows a whole different side of me and I'm so proud of it." Di album ini, Lee bekerjasama dengan top-notch collaborators, seperti Toby Gad, John Shanks, dan Espionage. Lee sendiri ikut menulis di single pertamanya yang ia rekam selama menjalani summer tur bersama rekan-rekan idol-nya di American Idols Live Tour. "To see my name listed in the credits on each song was really important to me because I'm a songwriter. I also loved working with such talented writers. They all brought so much to the table and really helped me flesh out my sound." Hayo, siapa yang sudah ga sabar pengen dengerin album baru Lee ini tunjuk tangan!
Akhir-akhir ini banyak sekali girl group yang memutuskan untuk split, kabar serupa juga sedang berhembus dari girl group yang diciptakan oleh orang yang sama dengan pencipta Pussycat Dolls, The Paradiso Girl. Kabar ini dipicu dari twit yang disampaikan Chelsea Korka pada 7 oktober yang lalu melalui akun twitternya:
“JUST SO EVERYBODY KNOWS!!!!! Paradiso Girls as I know of it is STILL A GROUP!!!!! YES we are all working on other projects and working…towards the future, but we are still a group!!!! You will hear it from us first if anything changes!!!!! Thank You and SMILE!!!! XXOO!!!”
Twit ini kemudian dibalas oleh rekan satu grupnya, Aria Crescendo:
“why you confusing the fans ????????? u know the troth Chealsea so stop pretending……be truthful to ur hart for once”
Kemudian Chelsea mengupdate akun twitternya kembali(dengan english yang sedikit kacau balau):
“Interscope don't want the group anymore and that s the trooth Chealsea know it too she is just a bit confused i guess:) oh no she didn t but keep teling u that the gorup steal going when is not and she know it…..but u guys beliv who ever u want i have nothing to prouve i give love to people that love me and i am honest to myself. now have to get back to work but i steal belive that the trooht will com out soon anough;) keep smiling;) ill be aiiiiiiiiight;)” Sepertinya sudah jelas sekali bagaimana nasib Paradiso Girl selanjutnya, Aria, salah satu member grup ini, pun telah mengkonfirmasi bahwa Paradiso baru saja dikeluarkan dari record label mereka. Pembubaran girl grup ini dikabarkan dikarenakan penjualan single-single mereka yang tidak begitu banyak dan hanya mendapatkan perhatian dari general public yang sangat kecil.
