Tepat hari ini, 30 Nov 2011, acara pengumuman nominasi Grammy Awards 2012 digelar! Dan tahun ini, peraih nominasi terbanyak datang dari Kanye West (yang sebelumnya sudah mengantongi 14 Grammy), yaitu sebanyak 7 nominasi, tak lain karena albumnya "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy" dan juga duet album dengan Jay-Z "Watch The Throne". Nominator terbanyak lainnya dipegang oleh Adele, Foo Fighters, dan Bruno Mars yang masing-masing punya 6 nominasi, dan Lil Wayne, Skrillex punya 5 nominasi.
The 54th annual Grammys ini akan dilaksanakan tanggal 12 Februari 2012 dan disiarkan langsung oleh CBS.
