"Lemonade" milik Queen Bey memimpin untuk daftar Best Album situs blogging kenamaan tersebut. Sayangnya untuk kategori artis solo Bey harus menyerahkan tahta kepada Taylor Swift. Untuk kategori band tentunya jatuh kepada 5 Seconds of Summer.
Daftar ini disusun berdasarkan postingan yang mendominasi, re-blog, likes serta hasil pencarian yang dilakukan di Tumblr sepanjang 12 bulan terakhir. Dengan demikian tidak mengherankan jika My Chemical Romance bisa masuk ke dalam daftar album dan band, meski telah bubar di tahun 2013.
