Lizzo, Beyonce, Blue Ivy Adalah Para Pemenang NAACP Awards 2020

Lizzo tercatat sebagai salah satu pemenang terbesar NAACP Image Awards ke-51 yang berlangsung di Pasadena Civic Auditorium, Hollywood, Sabtu malam, 22 Februari lalu dan dipandu oleh aktor komedi Anthony Anderson.

Sang hitmaker 'Truth Hurts' mengalahkan Billy Porter, Angela Bassett, Regina King, dan Tyler Perry dalam menyabet gelar Entertainer of the Year di ajang penghargaan untuk para entertainer kulit berwarna ini.

Pemenang Entertainer of the Year tahun lalu, Beyonce Knowles, juga membawa pulang beberapa piala, termasuk Outstanding Female Artist, bersama beberapa penghargaan yang diraih album "The Lion King: The Gift".

Tidak hanya itu, putrinya, Blue Ivy, juga mendapat penghargaan berkat 'Brown Skin Girl'. Dengan demikian Blue Ivy menjadi pemenang termuda dalam sejarah NAACP Awards 2020.

Bintang lain yang mendapatkan piala malam itu adalah Rihanna yang membawa pulang NAACP President's Award berkat prestasi serta layanan publiknya yang istimewa.
