Olivia terpilih sebagai Top New Artist dan Top Female Artist of the Year, selain juga meraih piala untuk Top Hot 100 Artist, Top Streaming Songs Artist, Top Radio Songs Artist dan Top Billboard Global 200 Artist, berkat album debutnya, "Sour," yang dipilih sebagai Top Billboard 200 Album.
Sedang Drake membawa pulang piala utama, Top Artist, setelah mengalahkan Rodrigo, Doja Cat, Taylor Swift dan The Weeknd. Ia juga meraih piala untuk Top Male Artist, Top Rap Artist, Top Rap Male Artist danTop Rap Album untuk "Certified Lover Boy."
Sementara itu, Ye berjaya di kateori Gospel dan musik Kristen, berkat album "Donda" miliknya. Album tersebut terpilih sebagai Top Christian Album dan Top Gospel Album. Ia juga terpilih sebagai Top Christian Artist dan Top Gospel Artist, sedang lagu 'Hurricane' terpilih sebagai Top Christian Song dan Top Gospel Song.
