Tebak siapa yang akan merilis album baru pada 2 Oktober nanti. Jawabannya adalah Papa Roach. Mereka akan merilis album berjudul "The Connection" pada tanggal tersebut, setelah merilis album studio terakhir di tahun 2009, album kompilasi di tahun 2010, dan juga album kombinasi live/studio di tahun 2010. Single andalan dari album ini adalah 'Still Swingin'' yang mulai diperdengarkan kepada publik pada hari Rabu lalu. Di bulan Juni, band rock ini pernah menyatakan kalau album terbaru mereka sudah di proses tahap akhir. Dan vokalis band ini, Jacoby Shaddix menyatakan kalau musik baru Papa Roach dihadirkan pasca perpisahannya dengan sang istri dan juga masa terangnya bebas dari narkoba dan miras. "I was totally heartbroken and wanted to kill myself, so we wrote some songs and I got through it," katanya. Album ini nantinya akan dirilis lewat label mereka sendiri, Eleven Seven Music.
